50% discount expiring spam call?

I just got this voicemail: 

“Hi there this call is to remind you that 50% discount off or on your Comcast Xfinity account expires today in order to avail the discount please call back at [Edited: "Personal Information"] from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific standard time.”

I don’t believe I have such a discount. Is it spam?
