5 year plan ??

I am a long time retired military customer and recently tried to keep my $40 per month for 1 year plan but was told by xfinity rep.there were nothing available.  Considering dropping Xfinity and getting local fiber for less than paying now. I am a Diamond member due to my military status and being a very long time customer but don't mind losing that.  I would like a reasonably priced 5 year deal and not have to cancel my account.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
