5 year internet plan
Xfinity just started offering a 5 year plan. Why is it not available to existing customers. My current contract is expiring soon. Is Xfinity trying to lose customers? I have been an Xfinity customer for 10 years and it’s disappointing to see that existing customers are treated as second class

I want to know about internet offers only that are currently available to existing customers. Specifically the 5 year internet price guarantee that I saw Xfinity employees commenting on a Facebook post that it will role out for existing customers. When?
