5 year internet plan

Xfinity just started offering a 5 year plan. Why is it not available to existing customers. My current contract is expiring soon. Is Xfinity trying to lose customers?  I have been an Xfinity customer for 10 years and it’s disappointing to see that existing customers are treated as second class

Hello @liquid_iq. At this time, we are not offering the 5-year price guarantee for existing customers. We can take a look at your plan to see if there are any other existing customer promotions for your account, if you would like to do an account review.

I would like to take a moment to apologize about incorrect expectations about our new awesome 5-year plans. 5-year price guarantee for eligible new and existing Xfinity Internet customers so they can guarantee the price of their internet for up to five years with a no-contract, price guarantee deal. Let's take a look at your account and see if your account qualifies. Please send us your full name and complete address. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
