40+ Year Customer. No help from billing or CS
This is getting old. Been fighting cancer (2nd time) for past 18 months. Starting to get around to verify charges etc. I am paying $235 for basic phone, 150 channel cable, and 500 internet service. I go online through app to find out why. It directs me to new options (all Ala carte) that don't app up to even 200. I am mute so I can't call. I have spent several hours with chat [Edit: Language] to no help. Tried through Accessibility support no help.
