3 Months and no activation on my mobile phone

1st… it’s been nearly 3 months since you guys sent my phone to the wrong address to me…after getting said phone it didn’t have the SIM card to activate it… I’ve talked to over 30 of your barely speaking English employees that have done nothing but screw this up more and more… you’ve sent the wrong chips… you’ve sent chips to the wrong address over n over n over… the person just throws them away I guess …regardless you’ve sent broken chips… you guys have done everything under the blue moon except fix the problem!!!…now you guys are sending me shut off notices cause I refuse to pay you guys one dime until this [Edited: "Language"] phone that was supposed to be free but now you guys wanna charge me over $400 for that freezes up constantly trying to use the Wi-Fi to get EMAILS cause I don’t have a [Edited: "Language"] phone much less a phone number that works!!!… if this is not taking care of with in 24 hrs.. you will hear from my attorney … that is not a threat… it is a promise… I have had enough of this…
