If you have a compatible xFi Gateway ( https://comca.st/3dJznfJ ), you can order new xFi Pods at any time by going to https://comca.st/3tMqk3f. From there, you can order our 2nd Generation xFi Pods in a pack of 1 (better for 3-4 bedroom homes) or 2 (better for homes with 5+ bedrooms). We have received a high number of order requests for these awesome new pods, so there may be shipping delays. There is also currently a limit of two xFi Pods Getting Started kits within a 30-day period for each account. However, we're working hard to make sure everyone can get the pods they want and need as soon as possible. Once you have placed an order for the xFi Pods you will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped out to help keep you up to date on your order!
Due to a technical issue, Xfinity Flex customers aren't currently able to make any changes to their service or order equipment on https://comca.st/3sKz6xt. So, if you have our Xfinity Flex service set up and want to place an order for our xFi Pods, we ask that you please call 1-877-392-1494 for further assistance. We're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to open up the online option for that!
