200$ gift card scam.
I was told by the agent I would get the 200$ gift card literally that day as soon as i signed the agreement..
That was almost a month ago.
I have received nothing.
So i call to check on it.
Thank God into screenshot everything. Always. So I have proof of this. But...
Im being told basically it doesn't exist and that there is nothing they can do about it.
Im literally about to call back and cancel my service. This is unlawful, this is literally the definition of fraud, and what a scam looks like.
Youre about to lose so many customers xfinity. You need to make this right... like now.
