$200 Amazon Gift Card

On may of last year  i sign up for interent and was promised a $200 Amazon Gift Card. I have reached out and been imposible to get a holdof somebody in customer service  to get what was promised. I also received a link to track it. However the link doesn’t help, because It shows it was send in a form of a EGiftcard last year but is February 2026 and I have never received either a email or any other type of notification in regards. Is there anybody that can help. Since is so complicated to talk to an actual person in customer service.
