$200 Amazon gift card

I signed up for the $200 Amazon gift card offer and activated on the 15th. The incentive tracker said I would be sent the gift card on the 5th, 3 weeks after activation. It's now the 6th and it still shows pending fulfillment eligibility. I'm not paying my first bill until I receive the promised gift card from sign up, agents have been no help.

Greetings, @user_napsa1! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your Amazon Gift Card. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

I'm happy to hear your gift card is appearing on the incentive tracker. That is an excellent sign. The fulfillment window for this incentive was supposed to be 2-4 weeks, but we've had reports that it has been closer to the 4-week mark. As long as your tracker shows "Pending Fulfillment Eligibility," you should be fine. It may stay on that status for a few days as more eligible orders are gathered.

Once the card goes out, the status should change from "pending" to "sent." If this happens, and you do not receive an email, please let us know. The email should go to your primary email address on file, so keep an eye on your inbox, and make sure it doesn't accidentally get categorized as promotional, marketing, or spam. We will be here if you have any issues.

4 weeks now and nothing, it's still on pending fulfillment eligibility even though I fulfilled the requirements

Thanks for confirming, user_napsa1. I would recommend continuing to monitor the incentive tracker for any updates. As soon as there is any more information available it would be on the website. We truly appreciate your continued patience.

The terms said no longer than 4 weeks so I hope I'm not being scammed by Xfinity because I really need the $200 Amazon gift card that I was promised. I will wait 2 more days before I go to the FCC.
