1st public post so I can DM Xfinity Support

Trying to restore purchases after moving service. I'm just following directions in previous posts which say I have to create a public post first.

Hi @user_7nfqma  Thanks for coming to our community for help with your purchase concerns. Our team is here to help. As a friendly reminder, it is against the Xfinity Forums Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy to send unsolicited Direct Messages to anyone, including Xfinity Support. If an Official Employee needs to work with you via DM, they will invite you. Please, use these links to learn more about appropriate usage of the Xfinity Community Forums:

We try to stay public as possible through this platform so others having the same concerns can benefit and seek answers.

I have replied to your message and will continue to assist you there.

I am also trying to figure out how I can create a post to communicate with Xfinity customer service. This is my first comment.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_grz6ci! Often times, you may find the answers you’re looking for in a previous post. You can always type your concern in the “I’m looking for…” search bar.

If you do not find the answers you are looking for:

  1. Pull up the home page of our Xfinity Community forums here:
    https://forums.xfinity.com/
  2. Click on a topic below “What can we help you with?” that is related to your concern.
  3. Then click on the purple box “Ask a Question” to create a post.
I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.
