12 hour outage

My internet has been out since 6pm last night, 5/21, it's now the next morning almost 8am, and still nothing. No texts, no updates. It says due to severe weather. But there is no such hazardous conditions on the road, or anywhere. When is anything going to get done?

Here is a great resource that can help, https://comca.st/3MFxTCl. This link tracks the interruption to help keep you updated but the status may stay the same until there is an update. This link also allows you to request a bill credit for time you paid for but were unable to use your services. With weather, it may also be that any damage could be coming from other areas of town and impacting your service. Lets take a closer look at this, though.
