$100 BYOD never received, was I scammed?

Has anyone else not received their $100 gift cards for BYOD from back in January? 

I brought 3 lines over on January 12th. My fulfillment day was March 27th. I have been reaching out to customer care over and over again I have and get no help just keep saying keep waiting.

It’s been 7 weeks since the “wait 2-4 weeks since fulfillment day”

Anything I can do?

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. You can certainly look up any incentive gift card status by visiting our Xfinity Incentive Tracker web portal. If you have any further questions on the status, you should be able to see a 'Contact Us' page where you can message our Value Fulfillment Team for any updates and additional information.

Fully aware of the tracker, it’s useless. It keeps saying “pending fulfillment eligibility” even though we are 7 weeks past fulfillment, never missed a payment in being a Cable or Mobile customer.

I would highly recommend reaching out to the Value Fulfillment Team using the Contact Us link at the top of the web portal @user_r72chu. Any further assistance would need to go through our Xfinity Mobile team for account review as we have do not have access to the Xfinity Mobile billing and services tool to review. Is there a class action in the works for this? I think a lot of us got scammed on this promotion.  I tried checking status of my promotion with a live agent over chat.  Once I got through to someone and they began pulling my information they went silent without ending the chat.  What kind of nonsense is this?
