I’m a Platinum Rewards member here to ask why I didn’t receive the $1 Movie Night offer this month (August ‘25)?

I know the reward comes and goes, how do you know which movies are 1 dollar?

When you redeem the Xfinity Rewards Movie Night offer, your account is charged only $1 when you rent any movie that normally costs $5.99 or less to rent.

Diamond member for 3 decades. I too would like to see this brought back. With the cost of streaming i got rid of all of them. Now i pay Comcast $250 a month for mid level cable (not all the channels) and fast gb internet. For $250 a month! Why even have rewards and none are for long term customers. I don't enter sweepstakes. Waste of time. So take away one perk of $1 movie night not even for the latest releases. Come on! Soon everyone will just be watching Tubi, Plex and all the free streamers like i do. They actually have quality movies folks and independents and foreign films you can't see elsewhere for FREE! You can get TUBI etc with most smart tv's, a roku, stick, what not.

I want my $1 movie night reward.  I tried to get it on November 30th.  I can't access any of my rewards.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access the rewards, user_f2d22e. What specific issue are you experiencing when trying to access the rewards page? Are you getting an error message? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies?
