$1 movie night

I’m a Platinum Rewards member here to ask why I didn’t receive the $1 Movie Night offer this month (August ‘25)?

I can understand the concern with recieving those $1 Move Night offers. You've certainly reached the right place for help. In reviewing the monthly rewards for August, I have confirmed that these rewards aren't available this month. I would happy to check on the rewards that are available for your account this month. It had become almost worthless when all the newer releases went from 5.99 to 9.99 anyway.  Xfinity's reward program is a complete joke, the dollar movie night was the only reward even worth using.  On top of that my bill just keeps increasing.

They stopped the 1 dollar, movie,  because they are greedy. Perhaps if enough people terminated there service and started streaming content the greedy comcast company would get the drift.

Xfinity used to offer a $1.00 movie rental up to $5.99 once per week for Platinum rewards members and we used it often and then they dropped it to once every month and now for the month of August they took that away as well.  It was the only reward my family ever used other than a few good freebies at the beginning of the rewards program.  We don’t want or need useless sweepstakes offers that fill up our email addresses with useless spam after those companies sell our email address domains to other companies soliciting useless offers we are not interested in.  So yes, i agree with the comments from others that it’s no longer worthwhile.  Not even worth signing in anymore.

Agree with everyone else that the $1 movie rental was the only decent reward for Xfinity. Why can't they just say if or when it will be back?

We're not offering the $1 movie night at this exact time, but there's always a chance it could show up in future rewards. Your feedback goes a long way in getting certain rewards out the door, so to make sure you don't miss out, stay locked to xfinity.com/rewards 👍

Completely agree with these comments. The so called "rewards" being offered now are a joke. Sweepstakes entries are NOT a reward. Not everyone cares about some stupid video game either. Xfinity just keeps getting worse and worse.

Together, we, your customer base pays millions of dollars each year and the fact that you would take away the one, measly benefit we get a month is PATHETIC.

Rewards do vary month to month. I am sorry that the rewards currently being offered are not rewards you are interested in. I suggest checking back often for new rewards that are added. @L1ngus

If you haven’t seen the $1 movie perk in August or September, it simply means it wasn’t part of the offers available to your account for those months. New rewards are added regularly, so we recommend checking back often at xfinity.com/rewards to see the latest offers available to you.

@XfinityAirelle​ you guys need to get your stories straight. The $1 rewards were monthly for everyone from my understanding. And above one of you says it will be coming back and then you say we're not sure. It can't be that complicated. The other rewards you guys offer are worthless
