Your xfinity account is already linked to another peacock account
I can’t activate my peacock service. When I try to activate it, it prompted me to create a peacock account, which I did. When looking at peacock it says I have to pay for a plan and xfinity shows I haven’t activated it yet. When trying to activate it, it says my xfinity account is already linked to another peacock account. Support for both was no help

Hello, user_8zatem! We are happy to further help with Peacock! When you were activating it at our website and see it is linked to another account, that means the email address is wrong that our system is looking for. For our long term customers, Peacock used to be included with all of the TV plans. Many times this is linked to an email address from that time such as your Comcast email address. We ask that you try all email addresses at our activation site that you own. If none of them work for you, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
