Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account - Rcvd post moving to a new address

After moving to a new address, Xfinity assigned a new account number to my service.  This seems to have disconnected me from my Peacock Premium account.  When trying to activate my Peacock account under my new service address, Peacock says my account is already linked to another Peacock account.  I am using the same email address as with my prior service address.  Please assist in rectifying this issue.

- Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message
