Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account - Rcvd post moving to a new address

After moving to a new address, Xfinity assigned a new account number to my service.  This seems to have disconnected me from my Peacock Premium account.  When trying to activate my Peacock account under my new service address, Peacock says my account is already linked to another Peacock account.  I am using the same email address as with my prior service address.  Please assist in rectifying this issue.

I believe I have the same issue, as I cancelled my old service, moved, and then subscribed to a Gigabit plan at my new address. Now when I try to activate my free Peacock Premium, I get the same "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account." issue.

Can I also DM support?
