Error happens on certain channels that were added after switch from 125+ channel pkg to 185+ pkg. only happens on the added channels and on 1 out of 3 TVs. Assistant didn’t help. Already restarted / refreshed

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
