XRE-03059

Same as everyone else in this forum with the XRE-03059 Error Code, none of the troubleshooting tips work. This issue is only present on one box in the household. Very frustrating. Xfinity's answer is, for me to waste my time, energy and gas, to bring the(obviously)defective box into an Xfinity Store to be replaced. Unacceptable! With the high prices we all pay for Xfinity's Services, I expect a technician to come out and run a full diagnostic and replace the box as needed.

@user_9bfb95 I know that there is nothing worse than cable troubles, especially now that so many depend on our connection for our daily activities. No worries, you are in good hands. We will have this resolved in no time.

May I ask what troubleshooting efforts have been attempted? I would hate to sound redundant and have you repeat anything.

@XfinityErika I have completed the system refresh, box reset, power cycled. I've just decided to return the box and get a new one.

I can help out with exchanging the cable box as well and ship you a new one. If you already exchanged it I would like to keep in touch to make sure that the same issue does not return.
