XRE 03062

I get that on and off and on and off and off and on and off and off and on and off and off and on and off. 

I can get the box to record an upcoming program, but can't view that program live. 

Yes, i have repeatedly done all the troubleshooting with cables, resets refreshes, even changed cables. 

The problem is obviously on Comcast's end.
