XRE- 03059 & Missing Channels

Several service calls and still missing Channels like Lifetime, Nick, National Geographic, Fox News.  It has been several months.  3rd service call determined it wasn't in my house that the signal was interupted from street.  I have a new line from the street.  Alll my calls to customer support have told me a supervisor will call me back no call backs.  It all noted in the system.  No offer of refund for lack of service.  What should I do?

Go back to the post you made in November, where an Official Employee offered to help you and you didn’t reply back. You need another tech out

Just saw that and responded.  Curious why they couldn't see who I was and contact me?  I doubled check and I should have received an email when they responded.  They have now idea how to fix the problem so I keep calling them.
