Xfinity Sport Zone App problem
I’m watching the Phillies and the status of the game on the sport zone app is sometimes a half inning behind and there are no stats showing.
Even when there is a rain delay the show the game is in progress.

Thank you for connecting with us here in our community about the trouble with your Sports Zone app, @user_56c6f1. You have reached the right team for assistance. We did have some issues with some apps on our X1 cable boxes today. It has since been resolved by our talented engineers. We recommend restarting the cable box. You can do this by unplugging the box at the wall, and waiting for 15 seconds before reconnecting. This will push out the fix to your cable box. Please try it and let us know if your stats update after. We look forward to your reply.
