Xfinity Peacock Activated but not working

My Peacock premium subscription is "Activated" but it's not actually working on my Peacock account.

When I try to "unlink account" to reset, it gives me an error message. I've been getting this error message for months.

None of your live agents have been able to help me and I even spoke to a Peacock live agent.
