Xfinity error code XRE-03121
I recently upgraded my tv package last night (2/19/26) from popular, to premium (formerly ultimate). when I try to tune into one of the new channels i acquired, it gives me a message saying “sorry there seems to be a problem here.” With the reasons stating that since I made changes to my plan the updates could still be in progress. It has been well over 12 hours since I upgraded and I even restarted, and unplugged my xfinity x1 box to no avail. I also refreshed my system and the message still persists.
