Xfinity cable issues

Over the last few weeks, whenever I turn on the tv, it shows "Movie Hub" (which I think it belongs to Samsung TV). It takes a few minutes for Xfinity cable to load and Movie Hub disappears. Recently, during early mornings it is stuck on Movie Hub, I believe this happens when Xfinity cable is down, and I cannot use the Xfinity remote except the turn the tv on and off.  When I'm rushing to leave for work and want to check weather and traffic, this is a real issue and it is happening too often. On top of this, DVR is not working properly. For example I set recordings for "Tracker" and the DVR records "48 Hours", I set for "Watson" and it records "Tracker", and it's hit or miss if it records the full episodes. I have had Xfinity products for years. The costs are going up but for a sub-par offering? What is going on? Do I have to switch? Or are you trying to fix these issues?

Hello LizaSR, thank you for reaching out and outlining your concerns. I would love to work with you and find a resolution on these. Let's start one at a time. Regarding that Movie Hub concern. Are you referring to a Samsung TV app, or are you in the X1 system on your Xfinity TV Box?
