And Xfinity is always trying to find ways to improve our products for you, so let's roll up our sleeves and check things out for you. To get started, can you confirm you're having issues with the Xfinity Stream app, or any other app?

@XfinityMarcos The app on my Samsung tv is not functioning properly. I’ve tried all methods to try to get it to work including rebooting it but nothing has worked. It’s not allowing me to watch live tv and that’s what I’m paying the app for.

@XfinityJay: Your link is yet another example of the drawbacks of using link shorteners here in the Forums.

If you had just posted the actual link, you might have noticed that it was all wrong. "https://comca.st/3nif26C" expands to "https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=/r/Comcast_Xfinity". That's a Reddit link, for sending a message to a Reddit user. You and the OP are posting in "forums.xfinity.com", NOT Reddit.

You are asking a poster in the Xfinity Forums to log in to Reddit and send you a message there. That may not work out well.

@user_dc975a: To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

  • Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
