Xfinity Agent Told Me I Would Keep My Same Package
Hi, I was looking to lower my bill after the end of my 2 year promotional period.
The Xfinity Agent assured me I would keep my same package and was able to lower the bill by ~$20.
I learned after this fact, I lost HBO, Netflix, Showtime, etc. package.

I don't understand..A rep on these forums told me that any change to an account would
generate an email that shows what your new package would be. And that email has to be approved,
not a verbal agreement with a rep. Did that not happen?
