Xfinity $2.99 Peacock offer doesn't work. I never got any email.
I cannot seem to fix my inability to take advantage of Peacocks $2.99 for 1 year offer. Two custom services representatives said that it should be resolved and I still have nothing. I refuse to pay $5.99 when there's an active offer. Anyone else who's Gold status having the same issues? I can't get any answers and I closed out any other accounts. Seriously, I didn't even get the email...

@ChelleRocks I understand how frustrating it must be to see the offer but not be able to activate it. I'm happy to look into this further on our end. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
