X11 remote quit turning on all devices...

I have always used my X11 remote to turn on my receiver, TV and cable box. Just recently I now have to use the LG TV remote to click "HDMI" in order for my cable channels to stream on the TV. Why all of a sudden do I have to do this extra step? Thanks in advance!!

Are the batteries good?

You might need to do a factory reset and then pair the remote again:

Hello pottsburgadam

I was hoping you would be able to process a system refresh command on the system? It is really easy to do. The steps go as follows: 

Performing a System Refresh on X1

  1. Press the A button on your remote control, or visit the Help section in Settings. (Saying “System Refresh” into your Voice Remote will take you to step three.)
  2. Highlight the System Refresh tile, and press OK.
