X1 BOX TBS&TNT GONE

COMCAST FIX THIS NOW. OVER 300 A MONTH IN NJ AND NOW YOU HAVE TAKEN CHANNELA AWAY! I DONT THINK SO!!!! AUTO PAY IS OFF AND I WILL NOT PAY UNTIL THIS IS FIXED OR I GET A CREDIT. GIVE ME BACK TBS AND TNT. !!!!!!!!!!! NO STREAMING DEVICES BEING USED ONLY COMCAST X1 BOXES

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Same here. NJ outside of Philly and no TBS/TNT.  Unacceptable

Can someone from Xfinity actually tell us why we lost this channel? It has nothing to do with the streaming apps… it’s telling me “I dont Have access to this channel” on my tv 

Where did it go! FYI college football playoffs on TNT next week. Better get it back by then or make alternate plans!

I have The “popular TV plan” that has “125+ channels” … ironically enough that plans images has the TBS logo. A station that is no longer available for a lot of people here with the same issue (no Tbs, TNT, TruTv) … so these channels were part of the plan when I signed up and now they are not but the bill is still the same amount. Confused to what happened here.  Has nothing to do with the stream app as everything is coming through the Xfinity box to the Tv only.   

yes or no question: are TBS, TNT and tru TV still included in the “popular tv” plan of “125+ channels”??
