Hi, I’m reaching out because ABC has been unavailable on my service. I expect access to the channels I pay for, and I’d like ABC restored as soon as possible. I’m also requesting a credit on my account for the days it’s been unavailable. Please confirm when this will be resolved and the amount of the credit. Thank you.

@user_2p7xt8 I would reach out if I was unable to access channels in my lineup as well. We appreciate you for reaching out about the loss of channels owned by E. W. Scripps. This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. No credits are being given at this time as it's not related to a technical issue. If a new agreement with E. W. Scripps, the owner of these broadcast stations is not reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated.
