WWE ESPN DTC XFINITY DEAL

Hello, long time xfinity customer.  You have until before Sep 20 to make a deal with WWE ESPN so that current xfinity customers have access to WWE EVENTS on the new ESPN DTC APP. Verizon Fios and many others have this deal already. Xfinity logo was in the middle of the ring at SummerSlam so there is money to be made with a deal

I also am very interested in this new espn unlimited, through the espn app, via authentication. Several other competitors also already offer it.

Please make a deal for this as soon as possible. I am already researching for a likely switch in providers. Fiber was also recently installed in my area.

Xfinity, make the deal before 9/20 guys. The fact we were initially told PLES were staying until next March and now they are leaving next month isn't cool. I may have to consider switching to Hulu with live TV.

Also as a longtime Xfinity customer, I would also like ESPN Unlimited to be partnered with Xfinity so that it is included for those with cable packages.  Xfinity often seems to be slow on the uptake with these sort of partnerships (*cough* Paramount+ *cough*) and it would be amazing to have PLE viewing be uninterrupted since the deal with Peacock ended early.

Totally agree.

Not something Xfinity can hold off on working out.

They must make a deal with ESPN as soon as possible. Xfinity is an official sponsor of the WWE. Can you imagine if in the ring mat they still have Xfinity as a sponsor, like they did at SummerSlam, and they still don't have a deal with ESPN to give their customers free access to their PLE's. Can you imagine the PR nightmare Xfinity will receive? Even Spectrum, your main competitor, has free access. I hope your CEO, Brian L. Roberts, and the rest of the board of directors in Philly are smart enough to strike a deal, ideally before week 1 of the college football season that starts this weekend, with ESPN for free access to ESPN unlimited at their DTC platform.

Xfinity should be embarrassed been a customer for over 20 years and will definitely be dropping if no deal is reached this is ridiculous that a leading provider can’t get out their own way to clearly make the right decision and keep the customer happy like we shouldn’t have to even ask for this

I agree with everyone here. Xfinity and ESPN need to make a deal.

***ALLEGEDLY*** ESPN is trying to quickly agree to new distribution agreements with all the companies not currently included in the initial deal. I ***READ*** they hope to have all this figured out by end of year latest. Let's hope, no doubt they are getting an [Edited: "Language"] at the moment, especially at the EVER rising, extortion price hiking way of doing things Xfinity customers have long been used to.

We have until before September 20th to make a deal ? Xfinity customers???? You might want to rephrase that. It is not up to us the customers to make the deal. It is up to Xfinity Comcast to make sure that their millions of subscribers still have access to WWE PLE's before September 20th when the new Wrestle palooza event comes out. Customers can't make the deal Xfinity needs to make the deal. I'm not sure I understand your post but what I do know is that Xfinity Comcast has become extremely expensive. On the East Coast US, we already lost NBC sports Network and NESN and were given no way to fix that unless we upgraded to the higher tier and paid more money. So I'll tell you what us as customers can do. We can incessantly call Xfinity Comcast and make sure that they get a deal where the people with the higher tier packages get the service included or at a discounted price because this is getting ridiculous. How does one of the biggest cable companies in the whole country not know how many people are WWE fans? How do they let this go so long without wrapping up a deal??? Speak up people! Keep calling, keep driving Comcast crazy until they do the right thing for us. Enough is enough. We want WWE!! Get it done!
