WLS channel 7 is unwatchable

The picture is completely pixelated…..are other people seeing the same thing or is it just me.

If you are still experiencing issues at this time, feel free to send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 
 
  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I hope they fix the problem eventually.(I do have an antenna but I don’t want to have to use it unless absolutely necessary)…:I did just see a message that they know about the problem and are working to fix it.

They fixed it and gave me a $6.81 credit too.
