Wild Hockey

At least try to inform your high paying customers. I have sports package.  This should include Wild games as it did when I added that extra charge

In all honesty I don't think anyone wants account review, though, I can't speak for the original poster.  I think most everyone just wants to be able to access these games without extra charges being involved.  The price we pay for your services is not cheap.  I enjoy Xfinity's offerings but feel we get nitpicked for every penny when situations like this arise.  Other cable operators seem to be adding the Wild without raising prices so it is frustrating that Xfinity seems to want to charge us extra.

I really like the Wild and the Frost.  it is really difficult to watch them (Wild now, Frost later).  I do not like to flip between an app and xfinity to watch things.  I also have paid a lot of money for 32 years.  It is currently not working to be able to watch what I love.  Get your act together and make an agreement like Spectrum (which I have always loved) and Fubo.  I do not like having to pay an extra $20+ per month for watching the Wild. I am not finding other things to watch.  I don't care about hispanic, NFL, etc. Most channels don't have content to watch anymore.  However, I don't want to subscribe to a lot of streaming channels. I can redo our media but am hoping xfinity will come thru by the end of November.  Otherwise, I need to make a different decision.
