why won't xfinity always record KGW noon news?

about twice in past week, KGW noon news was skipped, it is always set to record at noon-12:30 but it is missed. we have to go to KOIN which we record always weekdays

Xfinity skips KGW news at noon on a regular basis I've contacted Xfinity agent on phone and was sent a message that that was resolved... Not resolved...

I cannot get a valuable input to an agent like I did a month ago? w WHAT happens to programmed recording on Xfinity VCR?
