Why is uw football game not showing on big10 network in seattle?

I pay for the sports package specifically to watch uw husky football games. Why is the game on 9/12 not showing on my TV for this game? I understand I can watch it in the app but I pay for this service and expect it to show on the TV.

(1) Why is it not available on tv?

(2) How do I know if the remaining games will be available through my TV box (again I don't care if it's streaming, I pay for it to be on my TV) so I can cancel services if it won't be available?
