Why is the Miami Heat / 76ers game quality so bad? It's nearly unwatchable.

I'm watching the Heat/Sixers game right now and the video and audio are so buggy I can barely watch the game. CONSTANT video glitches / pixelation, screen going black, audio coming in and out... 

Why am I paying for a service that is so unreliable?  This isn't even close to the first time, just the first time it was so bad that I felt the need to complain about it.  And, to add insult to injury, somehow the commercials are delivered flawlessly?
