Every few minutes NBC freezes and it impossible to watch the Winter Olympics. How can this be fixed?

Ive read other posts/complaints and it appears it’s a known issue, dating back four years ago and still no fix. Only channel that freezes.

Hi there, @user_f973ac. We are glad to further help and want all of your channels working great. I apologize that you have been getting interrupted while watching NBC. I do not see any known issue with NBC at this time. Are you noticing this on the HD channel, SD channel, or both? If you have more than one TV box, do you notice this on both of them or one box in particular?

We have the same problem. In the last hour it has frozen 6 times while watching figure skating. This stinks.

It's almost impossible to watch. Xfinity usually only messes with MS Now on an important news day. Watching these Olympics on NBC is miserable.

I spent about an hour messaging with tech support with no improvement. They are sending a tech out so hopefully it can be fixed. Yes, very frustrating and it’s a known issue affecting many customers, and yet Xfinity has not responded promptly to address the problem.
