Why is only NBC that is freezing up???

Every few minutes NBC freezes and it impossible to watch the Winter Olympics. How can this be fixed?

Ive read other posts/complaints and it appears it’s a known issue, dating back four years ago and still no fix. Only channel that freezes.

Hi there, @user_f973ac. We are glad to further help and want all of your channels working great. I apologize that you have been getting interrupted while watching NBC. I do not see any known issue with NBC at this time. Are you noticing this on the HD channel, SD channel, or both? If you have more than one TV box, do you notice this on both of them or one box in particular?

Hi, it’s HD channels on all my boxes. Please look back on the complaints from customers a few years ago regarding the same issues, especially during the Winter Olympics.

We have the same problem. In the last hour it has frozen 6 times while watching figure skating. This stinks.
