Why does BET stop working

My BET channel keeps stopping and sometimes just wont come in; when it does come in, all of the sudden it freezes and shows the logo and I can't get it to work. What is wrong with the BET channel? This has been happening over 2 mths now.

This is happening to me as well. On all tvs. When the BET commercials with their logo comes on, the screen freezes completely. I have to switch channels for it to unfreeze.

This is happening to me with FXM. They claim it "will be available shortly." they push you to conduct reset. I have to reset twice in one week?
