Why can't I watch DisneyXD live via their website?

Why can't i watch DisneyXD live via the Disneynow.com web site, viewing their live stream?  on this page:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/online-tv-through-partner-sites

it shows it's supported, but in reality, it doesn't work.
