Why are some channels overlapping others and bleeding into each other?

I always recommend using the Xfinity app if you ever encounter a service issue. The steps and suggestions there work great and help relieve many common issues. I'd like to ask a few questions to get a better understanding is this impacting one TV box, or muliple? Are all channels impacted? Are you using an HDMI cable and have you tried swapping it out and testing another?
