Why are my Hulu commercials freezing the whole system through XFinity app?
I had forgotten why I stopped watching the Bear on tv and then i got reminded that the Hulu commercials keep stopping at random. I get lucky if I can get through two commercials but they either stop when the countdown hit 0:45 or when the commercial is about to load up the next commercial. I have already restarted the program and early when watch something on Disney+ my whole XFinity box lagged, restarted about. three times and then kicked me back to live tv.
I would like to be able to watch and use XFinity with all it's app efficiently since they come with the program but if this persists and I need to use my smartcast i would like to be refunded because that would seem fair to me.

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Agree completely - we are having same problem; definitely not worth it to have these issues - Hulu and Xfinity, please fix!
