Why am I unable to change channels on my televisions every day around the same time?
Every time I experienced an issue, I was told I need new equipment. Once the equipment was installed, I am experiencing even more issues. Every day around 10 am, I am unable to switch channels. I lose my pictures or the picture is scramble. I receive an error that unable to connect -Try again, watch the stream or contact chat. Error XRE-03059. Chat has been useless. I pay almost 400.00 a month for Internet and TV service and this should not be happening. I can never speak to a live person. I need this service corrected immediately.
