Why Am I Paying For NFL Network But Don’t Have NFL Network

I pay for a channel that I want to watch and we are now into football season and because this corporation wanted to play tough guy and take the channel off air instead of keeping it on during negotiations, I have to suffer.  

You are ridiculous.  Put the damn channel back on the air and negotiate a deal for it.  It’s real easy…you just meet in the middle, you eat some of the cost, pass a bit to the customer and it’s done.  It’s not rocket science.  Put the damn channel back on. 

Paying 5 months for a channel that I haven’t been able to watch.  WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED?  I will be leaving Xfinity the first week of September if I do not have the channel back by then and a refund to my account for 5 months of nonsense.  I can find a better way to spend that ridiculous amount of money.
