WHERE IS THE ME TV CHANNEL???

Why can't I get the ME TV channel, its telling me I have to subscribe to a new channel to receive it.  How do I fix this????

Hello there @user_8753cf thank you so much for reaching out for help with METV and getting a subscription message. I know that METV has moved to a new channel in a lot of areas. You can check out their site to see what is the new channel in your area. I was able to take look at some previous posts and you can take a look here for a link provided by our customers to check out what channel you can find METV on. https://comca.st/3w62jYz

After multiple calls to Xfinity service and chats with techs on-line we are still no closer to solving the situation than we were four days ago.  Also I don't seem to get the same response from anyone as to the REAL PROBLEM or WHEN it will be corrected.  THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING especially when this is an "OTA" channel and I don't want to pay extra for it in some new re-arranged channel package when its FREE over the airways.  Please....JUST SOLVE THE PROBLEM SOON!

they moved several months back to Ch. 1048...& ME+ on 1193...hope that works for you

@burney240​ ...I think its part of their business model, Only give deals to new customers to "HOOK" 'em, then after the deal is over they turn their back on the customers that have endured all the alterations they make to your channel coverage and dropouts...got to love them, maybe its time to look into just internet streaming.
