Peacock.  No On Demand on X1, but there are plenty of replays on USA and the two Paris Extra channels.

Thank you. I saw the USA episodes on the menu, but when I chose them it said “no episodes available” so USA is only live. I don’t have peacock subscription. I was looking to watch Olympics content OnDemand after it’s all over.
