Where is Encore Black?

According to Comcast's website, and reported on as recently as in the articles about the new deal reached three days ago, the Encore channels that are supposed to stay are StarzEncore, StarzEncore Action, StarzEncore Black, StarzEncore Westerns and StarzEncore Classic in some areas (like mine). Encore Black was actually replaced by a ScreenPix channel on Dec 10, so where is SE Black being moved to? Since I pay the full premium cost for Starz/Encore already, I want all the channels that I am entitled to. Tech Support in India has no idea about any of this. When will SE Black come back to my lineup as intended?
