Where are the proactive monthly credits promises for the loss of Bally Sports??

Hey there, @CTV_OD. Proactive credits have been rolling out but depending on when your account goes into its next month's cycle, you will see them generated. At the top of your Xfinity statement, there will be a billing date which will determine when you should see those applied to your account. Each area that has access to Bally is charged differently so the amount is dependent on where you're located. The regional sports fee is the line item that should be missing and/or adjusted.
