when will you be upgrading channels that are available in hd,but you still have in sd?

i live in ct. and these channels are available in hd,but you still have them in sd.they are : - wcbs 2 new york,nbc new york,wabc 7 new york,laff tv,heroes and icons(h&i),comet,charge,cozi,catchy comedy,get tv,antenna tv,start tv,fanduel,rewind tv,hsn 2,hbo comedy,hbo drama,the movie channel xtra,showtime showcase,showtime extreme,cinemax action,cinemax classics,cinemax hits,screenpix westerns,starz encore action,starz encore westerns,starz encore black.also in the ct. area please bring back wnyw fox 5 new york,pix 11 new york,msg,msg 2,msg plus,msg plus 2 and nbc sports new england.also add boomerang,metv plus,laff more,get tv comedy,hbo zone and movies! network.thanks!
