Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to us via our Forums. At this time we do not have a date or even if we will have PBS Passport as part of our packages. We do always evaluate the content we have and take into consideration what customers want and see if in the future we can bring the PBS Passport to our systems. Unfortunately, we do not have a definitive date on when that may happen.
@CCEdgardo I find it extremely disappointing that the PBS app is not available. I think you are out of touch with your customers! You should update your evaluation of your customers needs.
Oh dear, we never want to lose a valued customer. What is causing you to consider switching?

If you are talking about the PBS app, that is mainly up to PBS to write one for the X1 platform. Comcast does not write the apps. Now that Comcast is starting to sell Xumo boxes (rebadged Flex boxes) at WalMart, they may have to encourage or allow more apps.
Why can’t you provide the app on xfinity? You are just providing an app so that your users can connect to another streaming service similar to Hulu or Apple?
Some PBS content is available through Xfinity on Amazon Prime and a PBS station that pops up during a search. However, the viewer is asked to pay for shows that should be included if you have a PBS Passport subscription. I have several TVs with Xfinity, one has the provided Flex box. I cannot see my subscription shows on that tv, but I can on my other TVs equipped with fire sticks.

Switching to Xfinity seems to have been my mistake.
